Where your data lives

Merchant and end-customer data is stored on servers in Ethiopia, as required for payment service operators.

What we do with it

Documents you upload are used only for regulatory onboarding (KYC/CDD) and are kept for the period required by the National Bank of Ethiopia. They are visible only to Qershi compliance staff.
